The project site is located in a prime location in Zhongli City’s traditional downtown district, near Zhongli Railway Station and the Zhongping Road pedestrian zone. The existing structure is the 36-year-old Zhongli’s first public retail market, nicknamed “The Big Clock” by locals. Once bustling and vibrant, the Big Clock now only retains traditional commercial activities near the ground floor, its former glory fading.

This redevelopment echoes the urban fabric. In addition to the Big Clock Plaza at the front, a street-style Youth Plaza is also planned to echo the Zhongping Road pedestrian zone. The exterior reinterprets the “Big Clock” in a modern and stylish manner, complemented by external circulation and activity spaces. Passersby will naturally become a magnet for vibrant commercial activities.

The first-floor entrance hall showcases the “Big Clock” and the history of Zhongli Hakka culture. Further inside, you’ll find a traditional Hakka food court. The remaining floors offer flexible planning to accommodate the diverse needs of future tenants. The rooftop serves as a specialty restaurant, perfect for stylish open-air weddings, live concerts, and group bookings.
