This project site is located in Da’an District, Taipei City, adjacent to the stunning views of Heping Park. Surrounded by numerous shops and mostly residential areas, the design offers excellent living facilities and tranquility without sacrificing convenience.

Firstly, the living room, dining room, and master bedroom are all positioned on the park-facing side, with large windows offering panoramic views of the park. A deep, relaxing balcony is also provided for activities such as reading and dining. Service areas and service spaces are located on the east and west sides, while the secondary bedrooms are located on the south side, facilitating energy conservation and providing ventilation and natural light.

On the ground floor, pedestrian and vehicle traffic is separated, with a green forecourt and entrance framing the Heping Park landscape. The exterior features a combination of stone and aluminum grilles, creating a refined, enduring, and rich visual experience.
