Located in Da’an District, Taipei City, this project features a community restaurant on the first floor with a semi-outdoor dining terrace, creating a welcoming and welcoming atmosphere that invites seniors and the public to enter with ease. The second and third floors house day care for elderly individuals with dementia and disabilities. Small family units are complemented by comprehensive activity areas, ensuring a happy and secure environment for their daily lives and interactions. Floors four through six house a service center for healthy seniors, offering diverse spaces for various activities and programs.

Adequate ventilation, natural light, and greenery create a natural and comfortable space. The balcony, which echoes the green belt opposite, offers a landscape that changes with time. Of course, most importantly, the laughter of the elderly.
