The site is a long rectangular shape. To the north, it borders Wenhua Street, where Fuxing Parent-Child Park is located. To the west, it borders Fudan Road Section 2, with Taoyuan City Private Fudan Senior High School opposite. To the south, it borders a residential area. To the southeast, it faces Baozhong Shrine, a community park, and Linxin Hospital. In the future, this area will become a significant green and open space in Pingzhen District, fostering a friendly community. This rare landscape green belt in the urban environment requires the design to effectively utilize the site’s conditions and maximize its value.
