Located in Taipei City's Da'an District, this project features a community restaurant with a semi-outdoor dining terrace on the first floor, creating a welcoming and welcoming atmosphere that invites both seniors and the public to enter with ease. The second and third floors house a day care center for elderly individuals with dementia and disabilities. These small units are complemented by comprehensive activity areas, ensuring a happy and secure environment for their daily lives and interactions. Floors four through six house a service center for healthy seniors, offering diverse spaces for various activities and programs.

Adequate ventilation, natural lighting, and greenery provide a natural and comfortable space. The balcony, which echoes the green belt on the opposite side, offers a view that changes with time. Of course, most importantly, the laughter of the elderly.
