This project encompasses five major areas: the Xiangshan District Office, the Health Center, the Household Registration Office, the General Assembly Hall, and the Niupuli Assembly Hall. A clear signage system, convenient and smooth entrances and exits, and circulation are fundamental and crucial requirements. Furthermore, we aim to provide residents with multi-level outdoor and semi-outdoor activity and leisure spaces, transforming the project into more than just an administrative building, but a community for all.

Sustainable and people-friendly green park

In an era where energy conservation and carbon reduction are imperative, as an administrative park in Xiangshan District, we must shoulder the responsibility of leading by example. A sustainable, energy-efficient green park can achieve this mission.

In addition to the necessary functional spaces, the shared living park also includes ecological grass slopes, multi-level green platforms, sky gardens, a ground-level morning exercise plaza, an ecological education roof, an ecological pond, etc., all of which are gifts to the residents of the district.
