The existing structure is Zhongli's first publicly owned retail market, nicknamed \"The Big Clock\" by locals, with a 36-year history. Once bustling and vibrant, the Big Clock now only retains traditional commercial activities near the ground floor, its former glory fading.<\/p>

    This redevelopment echoes the urban fabric. In addition to the large clock plaza at the front, the street-style Youth Plaza echoes the Zhongping Road pedestrian zone. The exterior reinterprets the \"large clock\" in a modern and stylish manner, complemented by external circulation and activity spaces.
