    The site for this project is located south of the rear building of the Academia Sinica Institute of Chemistry and the Modern History Archives, with a road to the east and a Taipower high-voltage tower to the south. This makes it a somewhat sensitive location. Chemical-related buildings often evoke associations with waste gas and hazardous substances. One of the key goals of this project was to shed these negative impressions and create a forward-looking chemistry center that is humane, healthy, and friendly.<\/p>\n

    The spacious open space on the ground floor is filled with greenery and features an ecological pond. Upon entering the lobby, one is greeted by a high, bright, and vibrant atmosphere, with a bustling flow of people and flexible spaces for discussion and exchange, both large and small.<\/p>\n
