The project site is located in Daan District. On the first floor of the building, there is a restaurant with a semi-outdoor dining area that naturally attracts both elderly individuals and the general public, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. The second and third floors serve as daycare facilities for elderly individuals with disabilities. These areas are thoughtfully integrated with activity spaces, providing comfort, relief, and opportunities for engagement.
The fourth to sixth floors are dedicated to daycare services for healthy and active elderly individuals. These levels are equipped with classrooms and various activity rooms to support learning and recreation.
Key design elements such as natural ventilation, ample daylight, and abundant greenery contribute to creating a high-quality living environment for the elderly. Green balconies offer a serene space where residents can enjoy the surrounding views throughout the day. Most importantly, the design aims to ensure that the elderly can enjoy their lives in a joyful, enriching, and meaningful way.
