This project consists of five main components: the Xiangshan District Administration Center, the Public Health Center, the Household Registration Center, a Multipurpose Hall, and the Niupuli Community Center. A clear and intuitive circulation system is a core design priority, serving as the foundation for user-friendly navigation and functional efficiency.
However, our vision goes beyond creating a standard administrative complex. We aim to develop a community-oriented public space—a place where people not only access essential services but also relax, gather, and enjoy everyday life. To achieve this, the design incorporates a variety of spaces for public use, including outdoor and semi-outdoor areas for recreation, rest, and community activities.
Key Concepts:
1. Sustainable Green Park
The administration building is designed as a green building, serving as a model of sustainability. Eco-friendly materials and systems are integrated to minimize environmental impact and promote energy efficiency.
2. Public Life Park
Beyond its administrative functions, the site is enriched with green spaces accessible to the public. These include eco-lawns, multiple green platforms, a rooftop sky garden, a ground-floor morning walk plaza, an ecological green roof, and a natural water feature—all fostering interaction between people and nature.
3. Comfortable Spaces for Work and Community
A thoughtfully planned layout with a clear directory and diverse indoor, outdoor, and semi-outdoor activity areas transforms the traditional office environment. The result is a more relaxed, engaging, and comfortable experience for both staff and visitors.
