Located in a premium residential district, the site originally housed an outdated structure no longer aligned with the area’s evolving urban quality. The vision for this project was to construct a modern, multifunctional complex with the Dazhi Police Station at its core, while integrating facilities for public health services, community security teams, and public-use spaces. This redevelopment is envisioned not just as a government facility, but as a new civic landmark that strengthens both safety and the sense of community.
The building’s contemporary façade features a clean and modern aesthetic, harmoniously paired with green walls and solar panels, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and architectural sophistication. Designed with energy efficiency and environmental performance in mind, the project meets certified green building standards, capitalizing on its site orientation to optimize natural ventilation and lighting.
A 15-meter-long open public area is created along one side of the ground floor, while the other two sides feature pocket parks, providing green spaces for residents to relax and gather. These open and inviting public areas promote positive interaction between citizens and law enforcement personnel, fostering stronger community ties.
By seamlessly combining function, sustainability, and civic engagement, the new Dazhi Police Station sets a new benchmark for government infrastructure and serves as a reassuring presence for the community.
